Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Pasta your choice
  • 2 cups Vegetarian Chicken diced (Worthington's or similar)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon McKay's Seasoning
  • 1 packet George Washington Golden Seasoning
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add celery and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add vegetable broth and water to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add pasta to the simmering broth. Cook until pasta is almost tender.
  • Add vegetarian chicken to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add McKay's Seasoning and George Washington Golden Seasoning to the pot. Stir well.
  • Simmer until ready to serve. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.
