Instructions
Chop the carrots and courgette into roughly equal sized pieces.
In a large pot, sauté the carrots and courgette with cumin seeds and curry powder.
Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate slightly.
Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Blend the soup until smooth. Season to taste.
