watermelon
seeds removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

lime juice

fresh dill
finely chopped

teaspoon
sugar

salt

pinch
ancho chili powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except dill in a large mixing bowl, stirring to combine. Add mixture to blender 1 cup at a time and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Stir gently and pour into small bowls, demitasse cups or martini glasses. Top with fresh dill.
