Watermelon Dill Cooler

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon seeds removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ancho chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except dill in a large mixing bowl, stirring to combine. Add mixture to blender 1 cup at a time and blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Stir gently and pour into small bowls, demitasse cups or martini glasses. Top with fresh dill.
