Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Turkey cooked and shredded (for Turkey and Rice Soup)
  • 1 cup Rice long grain (for Turkey and Rice Soup)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened (for Creamy Tomato Soup)
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes (for Creamy Tomato Soup)
  • 1 lb Potatoes diced (for Potato Soup)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (for Potato Soup)
  • 1 onion Yellow Onion diced (for various soups)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced (for various soups)
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth (for various soups)
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme (for Tomato Soup)
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Turkey and Rice Soup: Combine shredded turkey, rice, chicken broth, diced onion, and seasonings in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked and flavors have melded.
  • Make Creamy Tomato Soup: Sauté onion and garlic in a pot. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes. Blend in softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Create Potato Soup: Sauté onion and garlic in a pot. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender. Blend until smooth. Stir in heavy cream and season to taste.
