Instructions
Brown Italian sausage in a large pot or Dutch oven. Drain off any excess grease.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender.
Stir in heavy cream, cooked sausage, and chopped kale. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until kale is wilted and heated through. Serve immediately.
