Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Red potatoes
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown Italian sausage in a large pot or Dutch oven. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender.
  • Stir in heavy cream, cooked sausage, and chopped kale. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until kale is wilted and heated through. Serve immediately.
